"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"Compact and a bit busy, with many families in other units, but in general a good base for visiting the island. The front bedroom is right across from the elevator, making it especially noisy and brighly lit. Some blackout curtains would be a big help."

"Great condo in a good location for travelers wanting to do things on both the north and south sides of Kauai. Beautiful view. Nice clean apartment. In unit laundry was a big plus! Also, really appreciate that the bedroom has an AC unit. Best sleep I’ve had in any place I’ve stayed over 5 trips to Hawaii. Will rent this one again in the future."

"My fiance and I had a peaceful, beautiful stay at the loft. We enjoyed the stunning balcony views and the many homey touches in the space. We felt very taken care of and we loved the walkability to beaches and restaurants, and 3 minute drive to a grocery store. I recommend this rental highly."

The welcome binder was especially helpful in finding needed items around the unit, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed eating meals on the lanai. "The place was what was advertised. Only thing missing that was in pictures on rental list was a microwave & small refrigerator in downstairs primary bedroom. Very few maintenance items but best part was the beautiful view from our lenai. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property "
