"Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed...

"Spacious apartment located in a very beautiful area, however, for those who go to Kauai thinking about trails, waterfalls and boat trips, it is better to stay further south of the island. Dark stairs to the bed area. Contrary to what the ad suggests, there is only one parking space to be used by guests in two different apartments. Sometimes when the parking space is occupied, it can be a challenge to find parking spaces. There are some cobwebs on the apartment's ceiling and the carpet, which is...

"Our stay was perfect. View from balcony is unreal, our unit was clean, and we slept great. Hanalei was our favorite place to be on the island, and every time we left, we couldn’t wait to return. We fell in love with HBR. We enjoyed wiki pizza and happy talk lounge in hotel. We used the pickleball courts daily. We snorkeled at Pua Poa beach, and saw so many fish and a giant turtle while snorkeling. My daughter did lei making class at the resort, so fun! The hot tub/pool are beautiful/huge."
