"Our stay here in Princeville was amazing! Kimberlee was the best host, so sweet and excellent communication. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! "Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

The location is absolutely incredible, if you can imagine a tropical paradise, this is exactly what it looks like. The surrounding nature is breathtaking. Situated in Princeville, a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of great dining options, stunning golf courses, and, of course, the legendary Nā Pali Coast. There are also gorgeous wild beaches nearby where you can truly enjoy nature in peace - it never feels...

"Wonderful unit! Clean, set up was great. Good location, central on the east side. Unit owners are very nice and have great communication. Made sure we knew about the tsunami warning and even gave tips on where to go. The beach is very relaxing. "

"Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water.
