Villa Marlin is a beautiful front line property offering uninterrupted views of the Turquoise coast. The villa has fantastic views of the Mediterranean, mountains and islands.



Villa Marlin is contemporary in style, and spacious with sea views from every terrace, balcony and window. Large French doors on the ground floor extend the living area to the garden and pool beyond.



The Space:

Light, airy and spacious, with fantastic sea views from its front line position on the LaVanta resort; perfect for relaxation in lovely surroundings. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (with use of the sofa also), with a private infinity swimming pool (7.32 metres x 3.4 metres) and beautifully furnished sunbathing terrace.



The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 single and 2 twin); and the open plan living area comprising a fully fitted kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils), dining and living areas on the ground floor. The Villa has been designed to make the most of the sea views its position affords, with large French doors that bring the outside in, and give easy access to the swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. Beautiful outside furniture on the shaded terrace offer the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation.



The shaded terrace off the living area is furnished with high quality dining and lounging furniture, and the gardens beyond are planted with Terracotta pots, bougainvillea and other native Mediterranean planting.



This property is perfect for a relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings; with a private infinity swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.



All properties on LaVanta are fully air-conditioned. It now also benefits from access to superfast wi-fi.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool.



Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sunloungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a selection of hot and cold food; beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. Children are also catered for with table tennis; football table; trampoline and an infant plunge pool.

Breakfast: 08.30 – 11.00

Lunch: 12.30 – 15.00

Dinner: 18:30 – 21.30 (last orders)

The Neighborhood:

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.



LaVanta
