Villa Caretta is perfectly situated in the quiet and peaceful area of Ortalaan in idyllic Kalkan, only a 10-15 mins walk to old town and harbour, and just a 5-10 mins walk to shops, bars, restaurants and a market.

The nicely finished villa with private swimming pool (6m x 4m, 1.8m deep) sleeps 6 adults comfortably in its 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) with a large sea view balcony. The pool is maintained daily so retains its crystal clear water. The view over Kalkan bay with its turquoise coast is gorgeous. The open plan kitchen adjoins the spacious sitting room with sliding doors to the terrace with a private swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with many exotic flowers and trees, which offer shade and privacy. The expansive roof terrace is very relaxing due to its stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Kalkan bay.
