Sit on the expansive front porch and contemplate that you are on an island in the Pacific with a view of Maui in the distance. Feed the animals with pellets provided by the owner. When the breeze gets quite cool, you can build a fire in the stone fireplace with wood provided by the owner. I did not cook, so...

"We had a wonderful stay at Studio Kohala Big Island Ocean View! The space was comfortable, peaceful, and offered beautiful views. Loved listening to the wind at night! The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and they even provided yogurt and fresh fruit for us in the morning, which was such a nice touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!"

My children enjoyed playing in the yard, watching the stream at the edge of the yard, and visiting the neighbor's horse! Having access to the laundry was very helpful for us. We had everything that we needed in the house. Everything was clean. Communicating with our host was easy. Check-in directions were easy to follow."
