"The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! I would highly especially if you have a family and need some space and don’t want to feel stressed about being a family in a hotel. We will be staying here again!"

"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "Carpet very dirty! Beds not comfortable. The walls are so thin that you can hear all the noise from outside and from other room. There are no curtains on the window. I do not recommend!"

"This was the best hotel of my recent week-long road trip across the country. It was clean, as Holiday Inns consistently are. I appreciated the larger sized refrigerator with a freezer section in the room and the included toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. "One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly. Luckily we found her in the hallway to let her know. And hotel is located on a major street which has a lot of traffic noice and sirens until very late at night. "

"There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference"
