With three bedrooms, two with king beds, one with a bunk bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The upstairs king bed can convert to a twin daybed if you prefer. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to help guard your rest, even dark enough for a restful afternoon nap. There’s a main floor bedroom you don’t need to use stairs to reach, and the upstairs bedrooms have their own AC units for additional cooling. If you have more than 6 people, there’s a couch available in the living room and possibility to bring in an additional mattress. Pack-and-play available for little ones.

Guests can relax in the soothing living room or the delightful sunroom. Our 55” TV is set up in the sunroom, and the couch there has reclining features for enjoying sports or movies.

Two bathrooms offer convenient showers, one with a bathtub option, and includes basic toiletries to make mornings easy or to unwind at night. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to make meals, snacks or drinks.

The backyard is its own oasis, with a fire pit and patio chairs, basketball goal and soccer net, outdoor couch, grill, and features a treehouse with sandbox for any kids you have along.

Our home is in the heart of KC, close to Brookside and the Plaza, with quick access to Highway 71. Bus transport is only a block away. Street or driveway parking for any vehicles you’re bringing.
