    Getting around Kansas City is easy from Waldo Blue Haven. Located in the walkable Waldo neighborhood, you'll be just minutes from local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and neighborhood favorites.

    A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the city, and the home offers convenient garage and driveway parking. Most popular destinations are within a 10–20 minute drive, including Brookside, the Country Club Plaza, Westport, downtown Kansas City, and the Crossroads Arts District.

    *IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $30 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $220 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $77/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date. (Not applicable for Airbnb stays)

    *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

    *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

    *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

    *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $125 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

    *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
