This loft is walking distance to the infamous City Market, which hosts a Farmer's Market every weekend, local restaurants, coffee, boutiques and the FREE enclosed street car! Minutes from Power & Light District, T-Mobile Center, Crossroads & Country Club Plaza! Not to mention only about a 10 minute drive to Arrowhead & Kaufmann Stadiums and under a 15 min walk to the convention center!

Ample street parking (paid gated parking available upon request). Perfect for walking to Rivermarket, Downtown, and the West Bottoms. Bird scooters are readily available outside the entrance of the loft building. Uber and Lyft are also great ride sharing services with easy access. If you'd like to rent a car I suggest Turo - the Airbnb for cars. Walk to street car (free for the public).

City views are seen from rooftop, windows in the unit or other areas of the property.

There is a potential for noise. This loft is in a building with other residents. Please be mindful of noise levels.

Home is set up for 2 guests but if you want to have more there is an air mattress and will need to be agreed upon in advance.

Parking:
We offer FREE street parking, which is regularly patrolled overnight and monitored by security cameras. If you prefer gated parking, we also offer a secured gated option for $75 (for stays under 2 weeks) or $150 for monthly stays. Let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve the gated spot!
