This loft features one queen size bed, an open living room, open concept kitchen and one full bathroom. Enter through the back of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. The loft is located on the second floor of the building and will be accessed via stairs. There is not an elevator in this building.

This home has one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is ample storage in the closet, a luggage rack, night stands, and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations. This is an open concept, studio style bedroom and only has three walls. There is no door to close off the bed from the hallway.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - This property does not accept pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
