Girlfriend get-away
We had a wonderful stay here. The check-in process was easy. Very clear directions were given how to get in, where to park. Also provided was a list of atrractions close by and restaurants. The location was great. The condo is beautiful! Very spacious. We had a great time and hope to stay again. I highly recommend!

Holiday Staycation
Had a wonderful time exploring Kansas City with family and staying at this downtown loft. We enjoyed the convenient location to the streetcar. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for the four of us. I’m not sure the couches would be the most comfortable for the additional four guests it can house, but the two beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again or recommend for visiting family/friends.

Fantastic apartment!
The apartment was great for our girls trip! It had tons of space and the beds were comfortable. Street parking was on plentiful. The codes made it super easy to enter building and apartment. Communication from host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

What a fun place! We loved this location in the library district close to the street car and just down from River Market and the rest of Downtown! This place was clean, beautiful aesthetic, exactly what the description says! Rooftop was so pretty and spacious. We didn’t need to contact the management because they emailed me very clear instruction and had parking options laid out and ready to go! Really did just love this place so much! Open floor plan made it feel so big, but decor was done so well we felt at home! Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location
It was a wonderful stay! We jumped on the free street car to Power & Light for a fun evening. Back to the apartment for a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Simply fantastic!!
My brother, dad, and I came to KC to watch a couple baseball games and spend some quality father/son time together. This loft was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance to so many things. We rented a car to get to the stadium and visit some other attractions, and parking was super convenient. The communication with Olivia and the hosts couldn't have been better. We all agreed that staying at this loft made the trip all the more special and we couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely LOVED this loft!
We absolutely loved this property! Five stars in every aspect. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit KC. We were visiting for a concert at the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. It was a VERY short drive, with all kinds of fun restaurants and bars in the area. Just a lovely place and experience.

Great Loft. Great Location.
This spot was perfect for our weeklong trip to KC. The loft is clean, contemporary and located in a great area, minutes away from downtown bars and restaurants, plus right down the street from the Convention Center. Host communication was excellent.

Wonderful property for a family stay!
This property was lovely and had plenty of space for our family. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and communications from the host were great. We will definitely stay here again if something brings us to Kansas City in the future.

Loft condo
We had a fantastic time at this lovely condo in a beautiful old area of Kansas City! The host was very responsive to any questions. The condo came with everything we needed, and the host gave us great suggestions for activities, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Chiefs Parade Stay
We rented this for a couple of night for the big Chiefs parade. The place was decorated nicely and was very clean and spacious. It was very close to some fun places like John’s Big Deck and The Quaff and not too far from KCP&L. The parking permit was a definite plus! Will definitely come back!!!

Great place and great location
This was a five star all around. Great instructions and communication for easy in and out. Short walk to everything downtown, river market, P&L. Pictures are spot on, great finishes nicely done. Will stay again. Multiple units in same building also.

It’s always nice to host people like Tim! They left the space in great condition and were respectful of their surroundings. Our entire experience with them was positive and I would gladly host them again.

Girls weekend
We had some friends in town for a girls weekend and instead of a couple cramped hotel rooms, we rented this fabulous loft for the night. The property was darling and so perfectly furnished. We were all able to sit in the living room together, around the kitchen table and around the beautiful island in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. (Admittedly, we are a tough crowd.) We would highly recommend this unit as the owners haven’t missed a thing to make the stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks for thinking of everything!

We loved our stay in KC thanks to this apartment. The location is just blocks from the streetcar which we used daily to get to our destinations (River Market, Power and Light, and Union Station). We had no use for the car and left it in a nearby garage for three days, which saved on trying to find parking each time we visited a new area. Overall I felt safe with my family, kids ranging 6 months to 16, and we all slept comfortably. The rooftop patio was a favorite for the evenings, with a cool breeze, nice view, and was surprisingly quiet! I’m not a city goer by any means, but choosing this apartment made our mini vacation an authentic and worthwhile stay.

This location is perfect. Walking distance to the tram. We spent one night to attend the Justin Bieber concert. The loft was clean, roomy and plenty of room for sleeping. Easy check in and check out process. We will definitely book again!!

We came in town for auschwitz and stayed at this loft. The location was perfect walking distance to the KC streetcar. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The property was perfect for our group. It was updated and stocked with everything you will need. We added an extra day and she got right back with me and the process was so easy. We would highly recommend. We have already booked this loft for our next trip.

Our fourth stay
We have stayed at this location 4 times. They have 5 different lofts. We love to stay at their bigger two bedroom so we can entertain our extended family during the holidays. The loft has actually gotten better: more towels, lots of pots, pans, kithchen accesseraries . Whenever we have needed assistence we get a response immediately. This location works well for us: great grocery store 5 blocks away, good restaurants within a mile or so, close to all the expressways. Not super fancy, but a good value. Tom Kramer

Olivia is great, we had a mishap on another property she owns. Since it was her mistake she allowed me to get this condo at the same rate. I really respect that, and her place was amazing. Highly recommend her and her condos!

Spacious loft if a great location
This was our 2nd stay with Quality Hill Lofts and will stay there again for sure the next time we are in town. Olivia is very attentive and accessible if you have questions or issues. We felt very comfortable and extremely safe staying there in this building. The downtown area is adorable ! Everything she provides in the loft from the coffee to the shampoo is much appreciated ! Her sheets are SO soft. The beds are very comfortable and she has plenty of different pillows and blankets to choose from that will keep you cozy. There is free parking in the lot next to the building after 4pm and on weekends. You just need to have your car moved out by 7:00 am during the week because it becomes permit parking after that. However there is free 2 hour street parking just outside the front door. There was usually a spot within about 1 block. Thank you Olivia !!

Great for a weekend stay in KC
Felt like a massive 2 bedroom suite at a hotel. If that suite also had a kitchen, washer/dryer and free parking. You could easily host a dozen of your friends for a chill cocktail party, game night or other event. With no neighbors above or below, this place is very quiet (except for the occasional loud cars out the windows) Down the hall, there was a small party one night, and other than random hallway noise, it was quiet as well. We will plan to stay here again when we visit but may have to have a few friends over to enjoy this spacious place.

Spacious downtown loft
So happy we booked this loft! It was completely updated and tastefully decorated. The loft was spacious with extra spaces to sleep in the living room. The owner provided extra bedding for the pullout couch. We loved the views and the large rooftop deck. The location was just a few blocks from a street car stop. We will definitely book this loft again next time in KC.!

Safe, clean, spacious...perfect for our needs!
We stayed at this VRBO to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. The condo was incredibly clean and spacious....it was the perfect amount of space for my daughter and her friends to remain distant, yet "close enough" for adult supervision. ;) They LOVED the rooftop deck, which is where they spent the majority of their evening. I appreciated the double bedrooms and the pullout couch in the living room. Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a very safe location. Parking was easy and plentiful, as well. I recommend 100%!

AMAZING Place to stay in KC
Olivia was a great host. She responded quickly to all of my emails and gave me very detailed instructions that made the check-in, stay, and all other questions I had so easy to access! The loft itself is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for large groups and in a great location. We didn't drive more than 5 minutes to any place we went to. The rooftop patio was a plus too. All around it was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend you stay here. I know I will be!
