Welcome to Yarrunga, a delightful brand new holiday home located in scenic Kangaroo Valley. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom retreat delivers a blend of comfort and sophistication and is located on a picturesque 30 acres just a few minutes drive from the town centre.

This modern home offers a large open plan living area with large windows looking over the property and onto the mountains beyond. Guests will enjoy curling up on the comfy lounges in front of the combustion would fire. The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen for those looking to prepare meals.

The cozy library with its own fireplace is also a nice quite spot to sit and read a book on the comfy leather lounge while also taking in the view outside.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining ensuite complete with free standing bath. The other two bedrooms have a queen and double bed making the property ideal for groups of up to 6. The main bathroom also has a freestanding bath ensuring that no guest will miss out on a relaxing hot bath after a day of exploring Kangaroo Valley.

The home is surrounded by a large level cleared area that it often frequented by local wildlife including wombats and Kangaroos. It is also a great spot for kids to run around or kick a ball. There is also an outdoor firepit where you can roast a marshmallow or two under the stars.

Complimentary wifi provided but there is limited mobile reception. Phone calls can be made using wifi calling or apps like facetime or whatsapp.

Some complimentary firewood is provided for use in the inside fireplaces. Guests looking to use the fire pit can collect fallen timber from around the property and bags of firewood can also be purchased from the petrol station in the village.
