On the ground floor is the living room with the large terrace and exit to a swimming pool in the garden, the kitchen is equipped with an extra dining area and a small toliete. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with private bathroom. On the attic are the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two separate single beds where you can fold out one of these beds to a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking where you can have breakfast before you take a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the fenced garden with absolute privacy, you can use the barbecue with the large wooden table and cups as well as the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The nearest town Rovinj and the beach are 15 km from the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are also not so far away from the house.
