"Great hotel, good breakfast, great service. The only improvement would be to have an alternative pedestrian entrance for guests that could be closer to the city center. But in overall the hotel is beautiful, room very comfortable. I recommend. "

"Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. Yet, it also has its own excellent restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff was excellent and extremely responsive. The room was cleaned exquisitely each day, the water was powerful and hot, room service prompt,...

"We had a good experience at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food - both a selected dinner and the breakfast buffet - met our expectations. It was a short stay, but the quality of the hotel helped with our transition from Kenya to Rwanda."

"My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough."
