Centrally located, less than 90 min to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend. Just a straight shot down Hwy-89 from House Rock Valley Rd and The Wave.

Centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and local attractions. Just a straight shot down Hwy 89 from House Rock Valley Rd and The Wave.

Beautiful open concept log cabin with a private queen bedroom and another private bedroom containing a twin/full bunk bed suitable for kids or adults, with Xbox 360.

Tastefully decorated with my own Fine Art Photography prints of the area.

Private arcade to entertain the kids so the adults can relax after a long day outdoors. Tons of outdoor space with great views and two pet friendly fenced in areas, as well as a fire pit for roasting s'mores under the stars and a large rec room with pool table!

The property is 3 acres and contains a large 4br cabin and a 2br Casita. Garage access is not included.

Pets are allowed but require an additional $70 fee for cleaning. Please Let me know after booking if you are planning on bringing your pet along!

This cabin was great for our group of ten friends and provided the perfect mix of solitude and easy access to amazing outdoor experiences in the area. We were really happy to be a bit outside of town to enjoy unreal night skies, and the property comfortably handled all of us for a great trip.

The place was exactly as advertised. Everyone in our party of 11 loved it. Sitting in the backyard at night seeing the stars like we’ve never seen him before or enjoying the views during the day were memorable. Great Family Stay

Our family, ages 3 to 64, stayed at the Cosmic Retreat the first weekend in June. It was a great stay. The location was perfect for visiting Zion, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell and UTVing with Expedition Kanab. The house and location were a perfect fit. Awesome memories were made.

Great place all around!

We took our kids & grandkids (15 of us) and had a fantastic stay. The two cabins were super convenient. Location was great, and the host checked in to make sure all was well. Super fun!

Central location to everything in the area

This place was great. It was close to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon, on top of the many local sites and hikes we discovered while we were there. The very detailed and organized binder that was inside for everything local was extremely helpful. It was a very cozy place for 10 adults and 3 dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Grandmas 70th birthday getaway

Great place to stay, we didn’t feel like we were intruding on someone’s home . Allot of things to do in the cabin. The host explained everything and gave additional information for things to do around the town. Had a great time.

"Hidden Gem: Exploring Kanab, Utah”

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and accommodations in Kanab. Ryan was exceptionally attentive and courteous throughout our stay. The residence is well-suited for hosting large families like ours, with a wonderful location in close proximity to national parks and ATV trails. We highly recommend this host for anyone considering a stay in the area.

**Amazing house- WOW**

We had an even more fabulous time in Kanab then we ever expected. Such a wonderful town! What made it even better was this amazing house and superb service. We ran into a hiccup with the wifi and they were quick to help us fix it. Super responsive team, what a great experience!! Thank you!!

Fantastic Property in a Great Location

The two neighboring cabins are a wonderful base for a family reunion and/or exploration of the national parks and other great sites in the area. We had 8 adults and two kids (13 and 9) in our extended family group, as well as three dogs. It worked out great. Each cabin has an enclosed, dog-friendly yard. There is also a pool table and kid-friendly game room. Each cabin has a kitchen and master bedroom, as well as a kid room with bunk beds. The property is in a nice, flat area some 6 miles outside of Kanab with a great view of the mountains. Kanab itself is a wonderful base for exploring Page (AZ) and the Antelope Canyons, as well as Utah's national parks, especially Bryce and Zion. Kanab has nice shops and restaurants. The three night we spent there did not seem like enough time!

Good Space for 9 People

This Kanab house had a very responsive host who solved issues quickly (we had an AC issue in the summer, but it wasn't out but for a few hours! Maintenance guy was there right away and was super helpful). There was plenty of space for all of us (we had three generations attending a family get together), although there could have been more seating inside the main house living room and on the porches. There was plenty of room for parking several vehicles. Although the owner is responsive, it is clear that he doesn't live nearby to be able to check how well the property is being cared for and what items are there stocking the property. Although the houses were not dirty, it was not as clean as what is expected (gunk in the freezers, kitchen drawers had bits of this and that floating around- just needs a deep clean). Guide notebooks had outdated information, including wifi password and info on how to access local area sites. Dryer in the casita house did not have heat, fridge in main house worked but did get quite cold enough. Lights in casita living room burned out or perhaps the switch doesn't work. Regardless, the houses hosted us well, and we had a comfortable and positive experience. We were happy with the stay and the proximity of the house to all of the national parks in the area. We wish we had had more time to explore more around Kanab!

Great Clean Home

We rented this home for a family vacation with ages from 10 to 70, everyone enjoyed the home. This was the cleanest home we have ever rented which is a big plus for all of us. The game room was fun for both kids and adults. This home is located in a great location and is very spacious and well equipped for all of your needs. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy a great get away. :-) The Hansen Herd

Awesome place!

This is an awesome two-part cabin, with two separate fenced yards for the pups. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We stayed here for the easy access to Coral Pink and Page, but there’s so much to see in the area. Wonderful hosts!

Great Family Getaway

The property is quite stunning. We especially loved the huge table in the kitchen for meals and games. We had a lot of fun in the game room! Ryan was very helpful before and throughout out trip and always very responsive.
