Wonderful trip!!!
The house and location was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and well stocked; pool was great and so was the outdoor living area; convenient location and close to shops, grocery and beaches. It was a great place to relax when not exploring the island. Views of the sunrise and sunset were excellent! I can't say enough about this wonderful property. Hoping it is available for our next visit.

Our favorite vacation rental to date!
We loved everything about this place! Itās super spacious, kid friendly, and the location is perfect! It was sparkling clean when we arrived & we never ran out of amenities for our 2 week stay. Having a spacious backyard with a pool was a total game changer. Itās right off the highway and in the Waikoloa area, which has lots to do! We will definitely be back to this property again!

Paradise for a Week
We had stayed in Condos for the first two weeks of our stay in Hawaii. There were always too many people around to have peace and quiet. This house was wonderful, as it gave us just that. With everything that came with the house, we needed nothing, except our food. Even with six of us in the house, everyone had their own space. It was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property
Great property with a location that was perfectly centralized to all the events we were seeking to do. I expected helicopter noise from the nearby tour landing area but barely heard them at all. The area does get quite windy at times but it was still paradise!

Amazing home
We stayed here for 10 days and loved it! We have 3 kids ages 11,7 and 4. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Safety for the kids by the pool with the home door alarms made it so much easier to relax. The sunsets and yard were amazing! We could not recommend this place more.

Great House in good location
The house was wonderful. Everything was as advertised and it met all of our expectations. The pool was very nice and clean. It was a little cold at 76 degrees, but the hot tub was great. It is in a quiet, somewhat secluded location, which ensured privacy. It was also located perfectly between Wailkola and Mauna Lani areas for all of our needs.

Perfect for a family
This home was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean, new, and comfortable. We were very happy to find a big cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, snorkel gear in the garage. The proximity to the shops at Waikoloa was perfect. We would highly recommend it!

Beautiful home in perfect location
Our group of 6 loved this home away from home. It was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to cook meals there. The house also has everything you need for a day at the beach. The backyard has a covered outdoor living space for eating and lounging. And of course the pool and hot tub were fantastic!

The property had all the amenities for a family/friend reunion get together and was convenient to shopping, recreation and site seeing.
House was clean and neat. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies.
We would recommend this house to guest looking for all the conveniences we enjoyed.

Great place to stay
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and the pool and spa are great. Our only issue was after the pool guy showed up and did his service, the spa would randomly drain itself over halfway down. We told Kona Vacations about the issue and they had the pool guy go back out but even after that the spa was still acting up. This wasnāt a fault of the property managers or the owners. The property managers were very responsive to any issues we had.

Beautiful, comfortable & relaxing stay
Stepping into this lovely home in Ainamalu, you feel an immediate sense of beauty & peacefulness. The open floor plan is very inviting to enjoy a show on the large screen TV, a casual or formal meal at the lovely dining table (seats 8) & the kitchen is amazing. Every pot, pan, baking dish & almost every appliance you could want is there for your use. The interior of the frig with its water dispenser was a huge help too. A lovely service for 8 in all white Mikasa dishes serves every purpose. The spices & tea furnished is always helpful. We stayed for almost a month so the full size washer & dryer were a definite plus. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The master bath shower leaks onto the floor so watch your step.
Now to the outside - a lovely relaxing lanai with a breathtaking sunset awaits you every night. Added to that the comfortable furnishings, lap pool & whirlpool & you can not only get your exercise, enjoy a meal or games and relax afterwards. At night, the outdoor setting is lovely for viewing the moon & stars.
Having a garage, weekly pool & lawn service makes you feel right at home. We loved our stay & would welcome an opportunity to return.

Wonderful Get-A-Way if you just want to relax and chill!
This was our very first visit to the Big Island and overall a nice experience. Selecting and staying at Ainamalu in a house was the best choice for our family! As a bonus Kona Coast Vacation provided us with a personal concierge service prior to our trip. David called me and assisted me in pre-booking several excursions (Ziplining, ATV and Whale Watching) in one easy phone call! Everything was set once we arrived making the trip all the more smoother! Food on the island was so-so, but a good trip overall. Not sure if I am able to mention the place we stayed at however it was a beautiful home. They called it "My Favorite Island in the Sun" if you want to check it out. Three bedrooms, five beds, and lots of room to enjoy as well as an olympic sized pool! Very relaxing!!

Beautiful location
There were six of us and it was the perfect size. We had everything we needed. It had a lovely pool but the water isn't heated and therefore some days it was too cold. The spa was heated and we really enjoyed that in the afternoon. The location was away from town but close to a number of beaches and tour locations.

Wonderful stay in Ainamalu!
We loved this beautiful house, where we had a family reunion on the occasion of our wedding. Beautiful location, private yet close to everything. A real chefās kitchen! Loved the lap pool!

Perfection
This stay was everything I (and my companions) neededāand more! The house was new, immaculate, comfortable and well appointed. It is located on a lava field, which makes for epic views where you may even feel like youāre on the Moon. The Kona concierge service was welcoming, friendly and responsive. You can not go wrong with this house!
