Welcome to our 3-Bedroom Villa within the exclusive, Fairways at Mauna Lani community, located on the North Francis I'I Brown golf course and within walking distance to The Shops at Mauna Lani, Auberge, and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Fairways at Mauna Lani 402 is nestled along the 4th Fairway of the North Course, allowing the ultimate privacy with no rear neighbors other than Kiawe tree-filtered views of the green fairways.

The airy, bright floor plan is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the lush golf course and heavily landscaped views. The entire Villa is filled with warm, modern furnishings with elegant designer décor. The sliding glass doors open to merge the indoor and outdoor spaces and provide access to the expansive covered lanai, which features a large dining table, eight chairs, and a casual seating area for reading, relaxation, and great conversation. The 3-Bedroom plan offers a main-level master suite with views of the golf course and incredible sunsets. The 2 upstairs guest suites have a private full bath, including a tub/shower combination. The main level living areas feature a powder room, spacious kitchen, and large living room, which opens to the expansive lanai with Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ. Enjoy the gas BBQ to prepare for the day's fresh catch or other island specialties. There is an attached single-car garage of approx. 271 SF with fully stocked beach accessories and bicycles for our guests' stay.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani community includes many amenities like a giant, free-form pool, waterfall, heated spa, children's pool, an entertainment pavilion, and an updated fitness center that offers a bright spot of blue in a sea of lush green grass and tropical trees and flowers. Our electronic pass card lets guests access the gated and private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club located at Makaiwa Bay provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear! The nearby Auberge's Racquet and Fitness Center offers an additional fitness facility located a short jog away and across Mauna Lani Drive from Nohea on South Pauoa Road. Weekly passes can be purchased to this facility, which features 6-tennis pickle ball courts, a lap pool, and various fitness classes, including Spin, yoga, and swim instruction. Take advantage of the Historical Park and Trail that leads to the ancient fishponds and beach club at Makaiwa Bay. Additionally, The Petroglyph Park at Holoholo Kai Park near the Fairmont Orchid offers a rare historical glimpse into ancient history within the resort property boundaries.

Enjoy a short walk to the Auberge Hotel, Fairmont Orchid Hotel, or The Shops at Mauna Lani, which include Tommy Bahama's dining, Foodland Farms grocery store, and many other shopping and dining amenities. The Shops at Mauna Lani include Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Boutique and several other dining opportunities, art galleries, and gift shops.

Foodland Farms offers local fare and features a deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and fully stocked wine and cheese departments. Visit one of many farmer's markets in Waimea, creating meals to satisfy long, relaxing pool days or beach and ocean adventures. If dining out is your preference, the area has countless options. Be it a casual happy hour break at Tommy Bahama's, a quick lunch at Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club, or fine dining in the nearby Auberge's Canoe House or Fairmont's Brown's Beach House restaurants-nearby. Awesome Unit

We stayed for 15 days and had a great time! Unit is very well stocked. We cooked multiple meals and they have great cooking supplies and basic ingredients! The extras help as well when you have been to store yet.Ziplocks CoffeeDish SoapLaundry Soap Etc. The property management company was first class and very attentive to any and all questions or needs!

10 out of 10! Best set-up we’ve experienced in Mauna Lani

We visit the Big Island every February, always staying in the Mauna Lani development. We felt that this Fairways property was the best stocked unit we have every been in. From the pool and beach toys and towels, to the bikes, to the spices/condiments, to the cookware, everything was top-notch and well stocked.We greatly enjoyed spending time on the lanai - it was private, had a great view, and we saw wildlife every time we sat out there. The unit is convenient to the pool and easy in/out through the main gate.We'd happily stay at this unit on our next trip. Big thanks to Lissette who was uber-responsive and very helpful.

Wonderful stay in Mauna Lani!

Everything about the property was wonderful! The communication with the owner and the property manager was terrific, and the property itself is quiet and really well stocked. In addition, there were four terrific bikes in the garage, ample beach chairs, snorkel gear, things to play with at the beach. We loved staying here, I hope we can do it again!

Fairways at Mauna Lani

This is the second time we have stayed at this location (first time was a different unit in the same building). What a great location! It comes with private beach access and is centrally located. The property is pristine and the unit we rented was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a 2 year old (he had his own bedroom). The unit was nicely decorated, comfy beds/pillows, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, and bikes. I requested a crib and high chair and initially there was no high chair but the owner made sure we had one which was much appreciated. We had no issues checking in/checking out and the property manager made sure we were taken care of. We ran out of laundry detergent, so she dropped some off. Didn’t expect that, but certainly appreciated. Not only did we rent this unit, but we also rented a second unit in the same building for our large family. Definitely one of our favorite rentals - Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Great Location!

Great Condo in a very nice quiet location. We spent a week with our adult children and their spouses. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Fully stocked items down to spare batteries in the laundry room for a smoke detector that started beeping while we were there. We used the umbrellas, beach chairs and cart every day. 2 minute drive to coffee, shopping and the best grocery store within 10 miles.

Excellent Property

We stayed here for a week with a recent wedding in Kona. This property was excellent! Everything we could have wanted in a place for our family. My grandchildren LOVED the pools and spent several hours at the nearby beach which was beautiful. We were contacted our first morning there by the property manager, Lisette, who was EXCELLENT in her communication with us. This was a wonderful trip for us in a beautiful, well-maintained property. We enjoyed our time here and would certainly recommend this to anyone.
