"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!"

"The place was perfect. Coffee maker and kettle were great for morning coffees. The room was spacious with a couch and a small fridge. Well situated...only 10 minutes from the bus station and right in the old town on a pedestrian only street. Clean, quiet and easy communication with the owners.
