"This stay was okay. They were doing renovations, so I can understand that. But it was kind of a mess and there was no warning on the website. Also, the pool closed… again no warning. The room was clean and nice. The staff was amazing. Just not sure the stay was worth it."

"My wife and I didn't really enjoy our stay here this week. It's a little hard parking around the pickups in the driveway. The smell of the room really hit us hard - mildew and too much potpourri. Felt like visiting your grandparents' house. The room & bathroom are stuffed with Americana knickknacks & art you either enjoy it or, like us, are overwhelmed. It's funky, funky, funky. Positives include it was very clean, they offer lots of food items, they have many toiletries in case you forget...

"The room was nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast however was a little sad. We went down around 730ish. Not much was left and they brought out more after we were done. But still would stay there again. We did like how checkout was at noon."

"Many years ago, my husband stayed here, I think it may have been a Best Western at the time. So, since I was traveling to Clackamas, I reserved a room here. I guess my two issues were: 1. No coffee in the room. I travel quite a bit and have never stayed at a motel that did not have coffee available in the room. 2. "We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at...

"The hotel had a generally decadent aspect and the room a general feeling of not being clean. The toilet stopped up and there was building noise during the whole night. We had to cut out stay short because it was so uncomfortable overall. Had to ask to change rooms after checking in because of an unpleasant odor in the assigned room. "

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."
