This lovely home sits on over half acre lot surrounded by palm trees, lush green lawns and tropical flowers with gorgeous views of the ocean. Resort style backyard with private pool with waterfall and a hot tub creates a relaxing oasis to enjoy at any time of the day or the evening and will make you want to stay forever. The pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable 80 degrees for year around enjoyment.

Fall asleep to the sound of palm trees rustling and wake up to the birds chirping right outside your window. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, gadgets, cookware and much more, whether you choose to simply enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Kona coffee before starting your adventures or prepare a full meal. There is also a grill and lots of outdoor furniture if you choose to cook and eat while enjoying the beautiful backyard.

Many windows in the house bring in cool Hawaiian breeze, and there is air-conditioning for warmer days or humid nights.

Three bedrooms: king in the primary room, queens in the two guest rooms and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Bring the youngest ones with you. We have two Pack 'n Plays and a stroller. Well stocked with luxury linens and ample towels along with fun stuff like beach chairs, pool toys, ice-chests and coolers. The park across the street is great if you choose to play ball or Frisbee.

Free WIFI with high speed internet along with a 65 inch TV in the living room is perfect for watching a movie or your favorite series at the end of the day, streamed over high-speed Internet from Amazon, Hulu and/or Netflix. A good selection fo board games and books are also available for some quality down time. Telephone service provides free calls throughout the US and Canada.

Unbeatable location tucked away in a private gated community in the hills of Kona with a five minute walk down a private path to Ali'i Drive which makes for a easy walk or bike ride to Magic Sands Beach Park and Kailua Village within a 2 mile radius. Kailua village offers many shopping, dining and waterfront entertainment options. Safeway, Walmart, Target, Starbucks and many more amenities are within a 4 mile radius, Costco is approximately 8 miles away and Kona airport is around 11 miles.
