The Hualalai Resort will host the annual Chairman’s Club event from December 1–6, 2025. Please note that access to certain resort amenities may be limited or restricted during this time for residential rental guests. The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will occur from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Welcome to 4BD Ke Alaula (124) Estate Home at Hualalai Resort, a luxurious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom private home nestled within the exclusive Hualalai Resort in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. This elegant retreat comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering a harmonious blend of timeless luxury resort interior finishes and modern amenities for an unforgettable island getaway.

Step into the inviting great room, where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the lanai, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The living area has plush seating, offering a comfortable relaxing space after a day of island adventures. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a stylish table with seating for eight, set beneath an elegant light fixture that enhances the room's warm ambiance.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. It boasts state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, gas range, and built-in microwave. Sleek granite countertops and a spacious island provide ample workspace, while custom cabinetry offers plenty of storage. The kitchen seating area for six creates an inviting space for morning coffee, snacks, or casual meals.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. The primary suite features a king-size bed adorned with luxurious resort-style linens, a cozy seating area, and access to a more private part of the main lanai, offering extraordinary views of the golf course with the ocean beyond. The en-suite bathroom includes a dual vanity, a walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, and a private lanai with an outdoor shower, providing a spa-like experience. The additional three bedrooms are equally inviting, with tasteful décor and en-suite bathrooms featuring modern fixtures. Bedroom 2 is furnished with one queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms, 3 and 4, offer flexible sleeping options; each can be set up as a king or two twin beds.

Outside, the expansive lanai offers a private heated pool and spa, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and overlooking the golf course. Multiple seating areas, including a dining table and lounge chairs, provide ample space for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. A built-in barbecue grill allows for al fresco dining, while the serene surroundings create a peaceful retreat.

Located on Ke Alaula Street, this home comes equipped with two four-seater golf carts and is just a six-minute golf cart ride to Hualalai Resort amenities. Guests will enjoy sweeping views overlooking the 7th fairway of the Ke‘olu Golf Course and stunning Hawaiian sunsets. Mid-stay housekeeping, grocery delivery, and a range of guest services are available for added convenience.

This Hualalai Resort home allows convenient access to the best beaches on the Big Island, such as Kua Bay and Makalawena. Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. The Resort will then work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. For complete details, please reach out to us directly.
