The Space:

A reserved parking space in the garage is provided for your convenience. Beach essentials, including snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels are available in the garage closet.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 2nd-floor condominium unit, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a lanai/balcony. Enjoy access to the communal pool, BBQ grill area, and beach access. Additional amenities include free parking in a reserved covered spot, elevator access, and a private entrance. Please note that the pool has specific hours and rules, and there are no pets allowed.

Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered.
