"This was an excellent unit with great amenities. A short walk to the CBD and across the road from the beach. Fantastic to get two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms, plus a giant spa bath, two heat pumps and three tvs, plus a kitchenette for the price that we paid on the winter special rate! Nice touches like local ground coffee was supplied and there was even a tea pot. We felt very spoilt. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. Very comfortable beds and awesome showers....

"Minha esposa e eu ficamos hospedados apenas uma noite, para dividir nossa descida de Auckland a Wellington. Que arrependimento! O hotel é muito charmoso e fica bem em frente à praia. A 10 minutos de distância a pé, há diversos restaurantes e algum comércio. Todos foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Napier é uma cidade a parte...parece que parou no tempo! Me senti nos anos 50! recomendo ficar lá pelo menos duas noites (não sei se vale ficar muito mais do que isso, porque não há muitas...

"No primeiro andar, o quarto era bastante barulhento, tanto do barulho da rua, quanto do banheiro do quarto ao lado, e dos demais hóspedes no corredor. A decoração e a limpeza estavam boas, mas a cama não era King como anunciado, eram 2 camas single unificadas. A TV não funcionou e o banheiro por ser adaptado para deficientes, ficava todo molhado desde a pia à privada, por conta do chuveiro. A equipe de atendimento é bem gentil, mas não estavam fisicamente no hotel, os 2 contatos que tivemos...

"This hotel has a secure parking garage underneath it. Safe access by lift or stairs to their reception desk & to rooms. There is also a luggage trolly at reception if you need it. The staff are very pleasant & helpful & the rooms are very clean. We had a lovely ocean view from our spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. There is a lovely local café below the hotel for breakfast & lunch, which is accessable from level 1 in the hotel. Ideal on those cold wet days. The location is...

"This hotel is gorgeous- the refurbishment is beautifully done and the room I had was really spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette and barhroom were user-friendly and super clean. I will say the parking can be a bit of an issue, particularly if you have bags to drop off and because of the location ( the middle of the CBD) the street and traffic noise is really loud. If you dont mind street noise though its the perfect innercity stay."
