'The Phoenix on Miller' Modern loft style

Unwind in this beautiful former and fully renovated pottery shop ('Phoenix Pottery') in Otane village - 25 minutes from Hastings, 40 minutes from Napier and only 30-40 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Hawkes Bay (Kairakau, Aramoana and Pourerere).

Our place is fully self-contained. The beautiful original cobble stone floors, high ceilings with its rafters, French doors and modern interior create a light and warm loft-style feeling.

The guesthouse shares 1.5 acre of gardens with the main 1920's house (with a sunny patio/shared space in between). Both houses are in front of each other but still very private.
Big main bedroom, very spacious bathroom (with full laundry), open space with a modern kitchen and lounge (with heat pump).

The guest house has on-site/secure parking and entrance.
We have our own dogs wandering the property/across the fence (they are lovely and most of the time wanting to know new people). Please if you are terrified of dogs, there might be a more suitable place for you.
