"This is a really nice guesthouse about a mile from the beach and convenient to the Hana Highway. Pros: great kitchen setup, nice deck, appreciated the beach chairs, very clean. Cons: beds were a bit hard for our taste and the couch is super uncomfortable. Lack of A/C was fine in December (the fans provided were very helpful); not sure about other months."

It is close enough, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of tourists areas. The cottage is a unique find: cast iron bathtub, comfy bed and well stocked kitchen and dining room. I would highly recommend it. "

"It was a very nice unit. Had all that we needed for a great stay. Loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the water. And walking along the water in the mornings and seeing turtles feeding off the rocks. Beach at the end of the street was a bonus. Kei was great - responsive when we asked questions.
