"A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! "This condo was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with a top-floor ocean view. The lanai is huge and spans the entire condo; the photos don’t do it justice. We loved leaving the doors open at night to fall asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoyed unforgettable sunsets from the patio loungers.Inside, everything was clean and welcoming. "Nice place. Only thing would be to have a couple of floor mats to keep from tracking dirt around. Did not find the broom and swiffer until the last couple of days (was behind the refrigerator) and there wasn't a dust pan. Even though the floor inside was clean, the patio floor was dirty because of being outside."
