Welcome to 18 on Doust, Unit 18 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a toddler wadding pool. A communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

This furnished modern town house is big enough for the whole family! With a open plan living upstairs, private balcony with ocean views, secure court yard and air conditioning to the main living areas. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop.

18 on Doust sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, an activity room & 2 bathrooms.

The bedding arrangement is 3 x Queens & 1 x Bunk Bed. Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

NO WI-FI at this property.

What to Bring: All properties are self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

Each unit has 2 bays for parking.

Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.

The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.

Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

Great unit in Seafront

Great location and balcony was protected from the winds all weekend. Upstairs bed very comfy but the bottom two were pretty hard even with toppers on. An extra gate key would be handy.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to shops and the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. If I could make one suggestion it could do with having wifi.

The accommodation was great location, very nice but was not cleaned to the best standard. We had visitors from the UK and we had cold showers on the last night - we had a handy guy come out and fix but in the morning we all (8 of us) again had cold showers!

Great place to stay with kids, great location.

Perfect location, within walking distance to everything. Fantastic place for the kids with the swimming pool and lawn area. The bathrooms were clean. Comfy bed. On arrival the place appeared to be clean and well presented, however we were disgusted with the kitchen goods. The glasses, plates, cutlery and utensils were not clean and seemed to have some type of white scale build up. I had to scrub everything we had to use by hand a number of times before we could use them, which improved some of the items, but not all. By the time we left they were in a much cleaner state then when we arrived. The dishwasher appeared clean, however it absolutely stank, the filter hadn't been cleaned out. All this was reported to the property management the first day, however nothing was done to rectify it. It was very disappointing that we went away for a break and ended up having to do the cleaners job and pay for the priveledge!! When your paying $$$$ you expect better. Under the furniture and in the cupboards and drawers were dirty and also due for a thorough clean. If we return to this complex we won't be booking 18 on Doust.
