Important Things to Note:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
- Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
- Dogs are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. No cats. Pwt owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
- The pool is not heated during the summer months. (May - November). The hot tub may be used at a $25/ day fee during these months.
**Please Note**: During the cooler months, the pool and spa can be heated upon request at no additional cost (included in your stay). We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature. Please send your request through the booking platform.
