2/2 Luxury Resort Villa Jupiter Bay near beach

Wonderful villa boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furniture new and top of the line. Both master King beds have plush bed with luxury linens and a 50 inch flat tv and other has a 40 in flat. One has a private patio for morninig coffee. The living rm has a queen size pullout leather sofa and a 55 tv and opens to a beautiful screened in porch. The gourmet kitchen everything the traveling chef requires. New SS appliances. Every consideration for comfort is provided beach gear for 4. Screened porch has dining for 6. Inside dining has new counter height table for 6. Walk to bars, rest, park and beach. Resort has restaurant, 2 heated pools, hot tub and tennis courts. Every consideration has been taken to ensure your stay is extremely comfortable. All small appliances are provided including coffee pots both kuerig and drip, tea pot, blender, toaster, hair dryers for both bathrooms, iron, dispensers for excellent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach gear including two coolers, 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach towels. The unit has a full size stackable washer and dryer so you can bring your clothes home clean. The furniture is tried and true we use it in all four of our extremely successful vacation rentals. It has all been newly purchased. We pay attention to details to make sure you have a memorable stay. We also own a two bedroom two bathroom in the 4 story unit next door and one closer to the beach in Bella Vista on the Park.
We also have a pack n play crib and a baby/toddler chair for your use but you must reserve it since we use one set between our 3 units in Jupiter. The reason is we don't have many children or requests for these amenities.

We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can not afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50. Also I am always asked if early check in is possible, Check in is at 4:00 pm if you would like to arrive early please let us know ahead of time and if we can accomodate you the fee is $20 per hour and must be paid before arrival. Same applies for late check out. Also we do not allow dogs it isn't because we don't like them. It is because my husband is highly allergic and immune compromised. So I please ask you to respect our requirement and do not bring an animal.
