This privately owned villa is a wonderful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms with A/C units with remote controls, ceiling fans in each room, Wi-Fi, and a large deck overlooking the harbor with a boat lift and lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances; i.e. microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and utensils. The kitchen counter has bar stools that open into the living room and has a flat-screen TV.

The living room has sliding doors that lead out to the patio/deck overlooking the harbor. The entire first floor has wall-to-wall tiles. The patio/deck has an outdoor table and chairs great for eating and entertaining. Enjoy your mornings eating breakfast overlooking the harbor and dinner while the sunsets in the evenings.

The second floor has 2 bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private full bath with a shower, sliding door that leads to the private patio overlooking the water view of the harbor.
