"Need to top up for guaranteed connecting room. Rooms are basically okay and comfortable enough for family stay but toilet has a stale smell from the drainage."

"A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral."

"Hotel com excelente localização, mesmo no centro comercial da cidade e nas imediações do mercado noturno. Rodeado por um sem numero de postos de comida de rua. Quarto é pequeno para a dimensão da cama e dificilmante se consegue abrir uma mala. Os empregados da receção são extremamente simpáticos e disponiveis. Infelizmente o quarto tinha um fortissimo odor a fumo de cigarro entranhado que não desapareceu com o tempo. em termos globais a relação qualidade preço é razoavel."

"一人旅で２泊。JBセントラルから程近く、ホテル周りのローカル観光を楽しめた。チェックイン時の対応やホテル出入り時の挨拶、朝食スタッフの対応は良かった。アメニティは期待していなかったので、歯ブラシなど必要な物は持参した。チェックインの翌日、メイクアップルームの札を出していたところ、水の補給とシーツのシワ伸ばしはされていたが、カップ2つとタオルは取り換えられていなかったので驚いた。廊下にいた清掃人に伝えて対処してもらった。些細なことではあるが残念だ。"

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "
