"We loved this little oasis. It felt so homey and so private! Tami had everything we could possibly need to enjoy a couple days away. Would love to bring our kids back!"

"Great space and location we had a wonderful time in Johnson city"

"It was wonderful"

"My best friend and I stayed here with our four kids (17 and 13 and 17 and 16). We made the siblings share the king bed rooms and we moms opted for the twin room so we could have our own beds. The kiddos found the board games (Are You Normal? and Trivia Pursuit), pulled the table into the middle of the living room and spent the evening actually socializing and interacting with each other! "Absolutely the sweetest and most cozy home to spend a girl’s weekend. Close enough to Fredricksburg and all the surrounding point of interests to drive and still return back to the home for a quiet evening. We will return sooner than later. Thank you for your hospitality"

"Pretty much liked everything about it, often times the pictures you see online don’t match up with the property in this case it definitely does, great views, nice and quiet easy to get lost in your own little world while staying here."

"We really enjoyed our weekend stay at your vrbo! Very clean & convenient to town! We had a small issue & Amy got right on it & took care of the problem! We would definitely stay here again."

"It was a great stay!"

"Cute cottage and the hospitality was amazing. Had a refrigerator with the making of breakfast to include farm fresh eggs!. And a few more extras that were a nice surprise. Need a get away? This is an excellent stay."

"The hot water kept running out very quickly in the shower."

"Great place for a weekend getaway, EZ check in, plenty of space, good location to dinning, vineyards and shopping downtown."

"Have stayed at this property several times. Always a great experience. Very peaceful sitting on front porch for breakfast listening to the sounds of birds and the wind in the trees. Still close to town and about an hour or less to our favorite wineries."

"Great accommodations, super comfortable and intimate. We would stay here again. A couple ideas for the host to consider. A timer on the outside lights would help, if there is one couldn’t tell. Not sure what to do about the TV, electrical tape if you need it “blackout” dark in the room to sleep. No storage for clothing;...
