The space

This property sits on half an acre with a beautiful wrap around garden & veranda, tennis court, pool, hot tub, separate casita, overlooking the lovely Lake Chapala.

In the main house you have 1 large master bedroom with a full bathroom, shower, tub, fire place and walk in closet, that looks over the lake.

You also have a second large bedroom with a full bathroom, tub and shower.

Large open concept living room and kitchen with everything you need to host, lazy boy sectional sectional couch with a 52" tv and fire place.

1 billiard room with a tv to enjoy with your friends and family.

2 extra bathrooms for guests and an office space upstairs with a pull out couch that turns into a queen bed.

Large garden of eden with lemons, limes, oranges, avocados, papayas that you can help yourself to (when in season of course) and tropical flowers.
