"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....

"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."

"I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay.
The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter.
The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city.
The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...

Hotel funcional, a limpeza do chão poderia ser melhor, staf sem conhecimento de inglês, não tão perto da estação de trem para ser chamado de HI Xian North. Bom cafe da manhã, staf simpático. Se melhorar um pouco será ótima opção.
