Note: House and grounds are very nice but not easy to get around if you are elderly and have problems walking.We were in our late sixties/early seventies, not easy getting up to second floor. Low ceilings and doors difficult for 6 ft people. We love the antiques, pantry and great supplies."

"We had a great time in this location! There were plenty of beds to sleep in and the house had a very cute lake cabin feel to it! We enjoyed a fire in the pit outside at night and it was quiet and peaceful. It was also very close to Misquamicut State Beach which was great"

"My extended family and I had a delightful week at Paul's place on Misquamicut beach. The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! The location is just superb -- just a few sandy steps from the waves! And the view from the back patio was mesmerizing. We had a wonderful mostly sunny week, and so the portable pop-up shade canopy that we brought and set up above the picnic table was a...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay."
