"Room was modestly equipped. Weather was chilly but the building had turned off all central heating so we used a space heater. That was an indication of things to come. Very poor building maintenance. Door handles nearly falling off, cost savings everywhere. Climax was an emergency evacuation due to a building water leak. "The condo was very clean. Lots of nice remodels and extras. The area is up-and-coming and the other tenants in the building we met were very nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo as DC and surrounding area has much to do. Uber was our mode of transportation and we found it very convenient and close to everything."

"Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! "
