The Causeway Bridge runs from Downtown Jensen straight to Jensen Public Beach, and we sit right in that sweet midpoint spot, just over the lagoon between the two.

This stunning 3 bed, 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home in Jensen Beach is tucked just over the peaceful Jensen Beach Causeway Bridge, offering wraparound water views, resort-style amenities, and unforgettable Florida charm. With the river at your doorstep and the ocean just across the causeway, it’s the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure.

Waterfront Fishing Right From the House
This location is a fisherman’s dream. Sitting on Breakwater Drive just off the Jensen Beach Causeway, you’re positioned in one of the most productive fishing corridors on the Treasure Coast. You can fish right from the property and enjoy consistent action thanks to the tidal flow moving between the Indian River Lagoon and the inlet. Expect snook, redfish, trout, jack, snapper, sheepshead, and the occasional tarpon cruising by. Pelicans and dolphins don’t hang out here for nothing, they know where the buffet is.

Fishing rods are provided, so you can wake up, step outside, drop a line, and be into fish within minutes. No loading up, no trailering, no stress. Catch dinner, then fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy the freshest seafood possible while watching the sunset over the water. Morning, midday, or night fishing, this spot delivers, whether you’re a seasoned angler or just want to try your luck in a classic Florida setting.

If you want to explore even more, the fishing kayaks let you quietly work the shoreline, docks, and mangroves nearby, where the bite is often even better. This is true Florida waterfront fishing, easy, accessible, and ridiculously scenic.

Start Your Day Right
Wake up to dolphins playing in the water and pelicans diving like pros just outside your window. Sip coffee in the bright sunroom with floor-to-ceiling glass, then head out for a morning paddle in one of the four provided kayaks (two are fishing kayaks, one regular & one small sit on top - you’ll need to carry them or a vehicle to get them to the launchpad across the street). For land lovers, hop on one of the two bicycles with helmets and enjoy a scenic ride across the Causeway.

Afternoons by the Water
Lounge at the sparkling community pool, play a round of tennis, or pickleball (Gear included!) or take a short 2-minute drive (or 20-minute scenic walk) to Jensen Sea Turtle Beach. For something extra special, explore nearby Stuart Beach, Bathtub Reef, or Fort Pierce Inlet State Park for snorkeling, surfing, or hiking.

Guest access
TWO parking spots. Entire home except locked closet or cabinets, these are owner supplies & should not be tampered with.

2 fishing Kayaks, a regular & youth Kayak, 2 bikes, binoculars, telescope, pickle ball gear & tennis rackets. Outside storage closet with assorted beach & fishing gear.

Other things to note
You have a beautiful view of the boat dock but a boat slip is not available & you cannot park one in the lot.

Sunroom is fully enclosed but not under air unless sliders are open.

We cherish our tranquil neighborhood and friendly neighbors— please keep in mind that while they get to live in paradise, they also work here year-round. Please:
• No parties or events
• No loud music ever or loud anything outside after dusk
• Respect our community and peaceful setting

When requesting to book, please include SIX things in your message:
1. The “confirmation words” found in the house rules
2. Whether you’re bringing an animal & if do that you understand they MUST be on a leash outside, picked up after & not allowed on furniture
3. The total number of guests
4. The total number of cars
5. Confirmation that all guests are non-smokers
6. Confirmation that you accept 100% liability for guest safety at this location
7. Confirmation of dusk to dawn quiet hours & no loud parties

These details are required for each reservation.

We provide fishing rods & you can fish right from the house. Please ensure these are clean and stored back correctly, protecting lines from getting tangled.

Kayak launch is just across the street at the base of the bridge. You will need to drive them over unless you have to strong able bodied people who’d rather carry them. If you use the kayaks, please give them a quick rinse to remove any salt water before putting them back on the rack, and make sure they’re stored upside down & bungee’d back to the rack. Don’t forget to hose off the oars and life jackets too. Our cleaners charge $35 per kayak if they have to do this, so that cost would be passed along to you. Thanks so much for helping keep everything in great shape!

Speaking of life jackets they are universal size to accommodate most people. If you are smaller or larger than average adults you may need to bring your own. Plenty of places to buy one fairly cheap if needed. Amazon overnight or ask & I’ll tell ya where to shop!

We do not have children’s size life jackets so please bring your own.
