"The property was exactly as described and seen online. Very clean.So easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Location amazing. Very quiet except for the train that runs regularly. The host did not communicate well. I had to initiate the message about entry and then there were no directions on exiting. I texted her about the exiting and heard no response.There was no booklet which typically we have found in other places we have stayed that gives us procedure for checking out and also then gives...

"Bobby is a great host very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly what we had hoped for fully stocked with essentials and very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the home is very well decorated and has a really nice backyard and Florida room for relaxing. Close to beaches for convenience, but you may want to bring beach towels, as there are only 2 at the house. Beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, beach umbrella and sand toys made the beach so much more fun...

"The house was clean and ready for us. It sits on the water and has great views especially sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and very attractive. It is located close to the beach, restaurants and stores.The kitchen was set up for use with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware and includes appliances such as a crock pot and air fryer. The host replied quickly to our communication. The air conditioning worked very well.Overall it was a great stay. "
