"The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. "This was truly was most horrific hotel experience I’ve had. My friend and I checked in at 2pm we left and came back around 10 pm we pulled our sheets back and there was fresh blood in the sheets underneath the comforter on both beds. No manager on site at this time, staff did call the manager and refused to have her call me or let me speak to her.
