"The room was not clean upon arrival. They're was hair in there tub, floor unvacuumed. The microwave was dirty as well as the stove. My granddaughter stepped on a piece of glass, cutting it. "Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.
