Good First Stay at Burj Al Balad
Just returned from my first stay at Burj Al Balad during the local holiday season. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and overall feel it was good value for the price we paid. The location is excellent with a beautiful Mosque just opposite the building, several food options nearby, and historical Balad also in close walking distance. Internet was fine, and the room in general was spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could be better as the shower plug hole did not drain properly.

Very very bad experience.. The worst الموظفين باكستانية تعاملهم غايه في السوء والكذب وحقيقي قلة الادب. جدران الغرف قبيحة والدهانات سيئة وازيلت من الجدران بفعل الرطوبة الروائح سيئة. انقطعت المياه اثناء وجودي ولم استطع استخدام الحمام. وبدون اي تنبيه او اعتذار.. اعمال الصيانة بالأعلى منعتني النوم وقت راحتي بعد العودة من العمل ايضا بدون اعتذار منهم. فوق كل هذا انتبه لايوجد مواقف للسيارات سواء عندهم او في الشوارع المحيطة.. المواقف مدفوعة 3 ريال الساعة.. المنطقة شعبية وقمة الازعاج أسوأ تجربة سكنية أمر بها في حياتي.. للأسف لم استطع المغادرة لأني دفعت عن طريق موقع هوتيل قبل مشاهدة الموقع على الطبيعة.. وعندما وصلت الفندق طلبت إلغاء الخمس ليالي ورفض الفندق وموقع هوتيل لم يستطع المساعدة واكتفى الموظف بالاعتذار.. وانا ظللت احسب الايام حتى اغادر هذه المكان. ابتعد عن هذا المكان لو مجانا لاتذهب.

it was pleassure to stay at this hotel. Hotel is quite old but well maintained . Good to stay near in the transportation facilities.Many shopping center are located on this area.The area of the room is enough for 2 persons only, with basic facilities .

Moi j'ai aimé mon séjour à cet hôtel car j'avais une chambre un salon une cuisine par contre j'ai demandé plusieurs fois le nettoyage de la chambre malheureusement je suis resté 20 jours sans nettoyage c'était vraiment embêtant pour l'environnement c'est vraiment top ya tout ce qu'on veut les restaurants et Magasin vraiment tout

1-barking is very big issue no free parking 2-studio very dirty kitchen no any stuf but microwave 3- stated 2 queen bed is lie it is only 3 single bed 4- no telphone only decore phone in room 5- stand up shower is flooding 6- katel rusted and poisoning 7- end up slipping on dirty very old mattresses 8- hard to load/unload luggage as very tiney entrance with one way small street 9- very tiny elevator only 3person 10- not recommended for family's The above is reasons whey you should not take this place

المنطقة زحمة وسط البلد لا يوجد مواقف للسيارات بالفندق اي وقوف في الشارع او الشوارع المجاورة لابد من دفع 3 ريال عن كل ساعة في مواقف البلدية حتى لما تريد انزال الشنط و الاهل للفندق لابد من الوقوف اولا في مواقف البلدية برسوم تنفع للقادم بدون سيارة خاصة و السعر كويس و رخيص مقابل الخدمة الفندق متوسط النظافة من حيث الاثاث لا يوجد مناشف و لا فطور على قد ما دفعت و منطقته روعة تفر سوق البلد بسهولة لانه وسطها

Nice location with readonable price. The hotel was recently updated , rooms wre clean but lacks goid TV channels.
