This spacious holiday home for max. 12 persons is located in the small village of Rovanjska and consists of two separate accommodation units. Both in the upstairs and in the basement you will find bright and friendly furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the pool you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, which is just a few minutes' walk away. The pebble beach is located on a particularly clean part of the Adriatic, the Velebit Channel, near the Maslenica Gorge and below the Velebit Mountains. The location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or water sports activities. After a successful day, you can end the evening on the large terrace with a nice BBQ and a glass of wine.

Rovanjska is a small, quiet place with beautiful pebble beaches, about 11 kilometers from Starigrad-Paklenica. From your holiday home it is only 400 meters to the town center with several cafes, restaurants and shops. You will also find a beautiful promenade, which invites you to take long walks and watch beautiful sunsets.
