"The entire building stunk like cigarettes, including our non-smoking room. We couldn’t get the smell out even with Febreeze. The kind sized bed was super hard, like extra extra firm. Our shoulders were very sore in the morning. The air conditioner did not operate correctly, and no matter how we set it, it stayed very cold and no additional blankets were in the room. "About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

"Bedding and pillows did not feel clean and were not comfortable. Bathroom tub was not draining the water and was all clogged up. Room overall condition was very poor. Carpet felt dirty and to be honest was scared to put my feet down on the floor. Did not feel clean overall and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place to stay. Staff was very nice which is the only plus."

"David the manager was very helpful. He gave me a discount on expedia stay because of a loud guest next door. Unfortunately expedia overroad his discount and charged my card the full amount."

"The room air conditioner was so loud that you couldn’t hear the TV when the A/C was on. It was also difficult to sleep with the A/C cycling at night."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"Wonderful stay"

"Carpeting on 1st floor needs updating, the hallways on the first floor are way too DARK, need better lighting. The laundry room door on the 1st floor next to the vending machines seems to be propped open on a regular basis and makes the place look trashy! Room was clean but small; the bed is very close to the microwave/refrigerator stand with very little walkway in between. The gentleman who was working the day we checked in, Thursday was very friendly & I believe he is the manager."
