The Pelican is the gem in our condominium complex, which offers a heated swimming pool and secure access to the beach. This condo was renovated in early 2024. It is warm, cozy and elegant by design. Exactly what a family or a group of friends would want to enjoy a great beach vacation.

There's no great vacation without great meals and the choice of enjoying them wherever you feel like. To this end, you can have your meals either at the kitchen bar, which provides seating for 4, or the formal dining table with seating for 6 (and up to 8), or the highchairs and bar-table set of the balcony. Wherever you choose to sit, you'll be able to invite the ocean views to the party as well.

After a few hours of fun at the beach, resting is a must. This is also where we come in with our entertainment package, which includes games, TVs, and digital air hockey table. In addition, we offer modern and elegant showers and comfortable hotel-grade bedding.
