Looking for a place to gather an extended family in a single home close to the beach with a private pool and hot tub close to the Omni resort of Amelia Island? Look no further.

This 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom house has gone through extensive renovations and is now ready for your vacation! We have removed walls to open up the area between the kitchen and the great room, as well as installed all new tile floors, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, as well as new stainless steel appliances and washer / dryer. Also there is a swimming pool and hot tub that has been newly installed. We have also fully renovated the master bathroom as well as new sinks / countertops / lighting for each of the other 3 bathrooms.

While close to the beach, our location is super private and secluded as we back onto a green wooded preserve but yet when quiet you can hear the ocean surf in the background. This quiet and peaceful location comes with expectations of our guests .... that NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES will be permitted - of note:
- This is a RESIDENTIAL community with less than 4% single-family home rentals,
- This is not a “Party House” and renters need to be QUIET AND RESPECTFUL of their neighbors and their neighbors privacy, and
- There is a STRICT 10:00pm noise curfew.

Additionally, this home is an ideal Work from Home (WFH) destination with high speed fiber optic internet (1 Gig) and 6e wi-fi and places throughout the house so you can shelter in place and still get work done! Nearby to our house and on the island are both Harris Teeter and Publix supermarkets that now have grocery pickup as well as Walmart and Target super centers on the mainland.

Here's the sleeping arrangements by bedroom:

MASTER BEDROOM - 1 KING sized bed with attached bathroom - walk-in shower, dual vanity, and soaking tub. Also includes flat screen TV with cable. Sleeps 2.

2nd MASTER BEDROOM - 1 KING sized bed with attached bathroom - shower/tub combo and single vanity. Flat screen LED TV with cable. Sleeps 2.

3rd BEDROOM - 2 DOUBLE beds with attached bathroom - shower/tub combo and single vanity. Flat screen LED TV with cable. Sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults.

4th BEDROOM - 2 TWIN/SINGLE beds with attached bathroom - walk-in shower and single vanity. Located off of the great room/den and sliding glass door to pool and hot tub. Sleeps 2.

5th BEDROOM - 1 sleeper sofa just outside 1st Master Bedroom and shares that bathroom. Sleeps 1-2.

The layout of the house is conducive to large family gatherings - there is one large central, open plan area with a combined great room and kitchen. From that central area, all five bedrooms are located separately off of that open area - think of it like a hub and spoke.

Additionally we have six bikes (4 adult and 2 kid bikes) for your use and a four person "Bubbles" the golf cart for travel to the beach in about 3 minutes as well as throughout the resort community to restaurants and other activities.

While we are in the gated community where the Amelia Island Omni resort is located, we are not part of the Omni resort and its rental program, but there are still many opportunities for you to leverage the facilities. You have access to all of the restaurants at the hotel itself as well as anywhere on the resort premises, the tennis center, spa, miniature golf, and one of the golf facilities on the resort premises and numerous others golf courses on the island.

As part of our guest experience we provide a very detailed welcome email that provides all the things you need to know as well as things we like to do and recommend them to our guests. That includes our favorite restaurants in the area as well as activities you may be interested in doing!

We also have a universal Tesla Level 2 wall charger that can charge both Teslas (NACS plug) and non-Tesla vehicles (J1772 plug) up to 44 miles per hour of charge!
