Relax and enjoy your time on Amelia Island when you book our recently remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo on the 2nd floor of this lovely Oceanfront Complex. You can see the beach from the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom and of course the balcony. There is a KING sized bed in each bedroom so it is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a large stainless steel farmhouse sink. You will also have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The bathrooms have been updated as well and the master bath has a walk in shower with a bench and a niche. Aren't you tired of spending your vacation at rundown and dated condos? You deserve to enjoy your Amelia Island getaway in an updated cozy condo.

You have access to a pool onsite. Fernandina Beach is beautiful and charming. There is no public driving on this section of the beach so it is perfect for families and those looking for some peace and quiet.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, a fan, an ocean view and room darkening curtains. Don't underestimate the benefit of these curtains if you like to sleep in on vacation. A sliding glass door opens onto the balcony.

The second bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and room darkening curtains. The LG front loading washer and dryer are in one of the closets in this room. We keep beach chairs in the other closet for your use.

The living room has a 49" Ultra 4K smart TV and a Blue Ray DVD player. We have Free Wifi and all 3 TVs are smart TVs. We have an antenna for local channels and Sling TV on the Living Room TV. You will need your own accounts/passwords for the other apps. It is perfect for relaxing after a fun day in the sun.

Our favorite spot is the patio....high seating gives you a beautiful view of the ocean. Try to make it up at least one morning to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins.

The SURF restaurant is less than a block away...walk to dinner and back. We love to enjoy the music and casual atmosphere.

WIFI is included. We have 2 charging stations in each bedroom.

NO animals are allowed at this condo this is a NON smoking unit and complex. Smoking is not allowed on the beach or public parks. Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo.

Charming, historical downtown Fernandina Beach is just 5 miles away. Enjoy visiting the unique shops, fine & casual dining and nightlife.

Nearby activities include golfing, horseback riding, Fort Clinch, kayaking, surfing,, fishing, shelling, hunting for sharks teeth and visiting Jacksonville (35 miles South). There is so much to do!
