PRIVATE POOL Home with ocean views and steps away from the beach!

Escape the ordinary and unwind in style on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This home was designed with vacationing in mind! Our three bedroom house - directly across the street from the beach - features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master bedroom boasts newly updated furnishings, and is equipped with a king size bed as well as luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. Bedroom 2 also contains a king sized bed, luxury linens, and relaxing dƩcor! The third bedroom- a comfortable queen that has some great peek- a-boo views of the ocean. Relax and unwind in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a walk-in marble shower and rainfall showerhead with hand wand. Our beach bathroom as we call it, located conveniently near the patio, is the perfect place to wash off your sandy feet after a great day at the beach! Enjoy the open concept living room with comfortable furnishings, a 65" 4k TV, and well stocked kitchen with loads of natural light spilling in. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening fire on the front patio while listening to the ocean .

All of this is just a 5 minute walk from the beach! Stroll just a blocks to the north and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach (or road side) puts you at 3 great beachfront restaurants. Take a short bike ride to the enchanted and world renowned Fort Clinch State Park. Our house is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida!

Amelia Island is a dream vacation spot. It is truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is filled with fantastic beaches, restaurants, and southern charm. We have fallen in love, and we are sure you will too!

Great Location

House is located in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Pool was very nice and clean. The house is very cute but could use some minor maintenance on the inside and outside. Very friendly and helpful host. Great communication. We would stay with this host again. We also appreciated that they let us bring our pups.

Short golf trip

The house is aged but comfy inside. The outside needs some TLC. Lawn is weeds / stone. The pool is great but broken lawn furniture stuffed on side of it. Garage is not open to guests. It basically has rotted doors as well as totted side doors by pool. Cant beat location and price is commensurate with property condition. The host was very responsive for all communications. I would recommend the property for location and pool and overall a good value for 3 brothers on a 5 day golf vacation.

Last minute weekend visit with our boys!

We were driving up from West Palm Beach on business and two of our boys live in the area, one in Jacksonville and one at Ft. Stewart. We all met here for a quick weekend visit. The pool was great! Had some awesome chairs and a wagon for the beach. It was wonderful! Super comfortable beds and pretty house! Loved it!

Wonderful location, clean, nice bedding and mattresses. Good parking. Fenced yard. Separate 2nd bathroom/laundry just outside in another building off the pool area, that was great! The pool was much needed and appreciated. The beach is a 2 minute walk and visible from the house in a few spots. My dog loved it! The inside could use some paint, as well as the outside. Maybe some new doors for the whole garage and definitely some outdoor lighting around the driveway, pool and walkways. A beautiful little beach house that we adored and would love to come back to. The backyard will be in process of a beautiful pool/patio covered entertainment area I was informed by the owner. Once again, the pool is fabulous! I will definitely return because the owners are amazing and kind people who respect nature and animals.

Beach Bliss

The house was exactly as described and had everything we could need for a delightful stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and so nice to have after a day at the beach. Had coffee by the fire in the morning. We would definitely stay at this adorable beach house again.

Short beach getaway

My wife and I stay a few days with teenage grandchildren. We enjoyed the stay. Just across the street from the beach. Nice outside areas with fire pit and outdoor sitting areas. Had trouble getting hot tube to heat up. We still enjoyed the quiet beach stay.

Close & Comfortable

We stayed a week with our adult children and it was wonderful. Very close to the public beach access. Had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The beach bathroom was very convenient for use while out at the pool or lounging on the covered patio. We actually appointed the boys to accommodate the bathroom. While we had a couple rainy days it was nice having the covered patio and covered side porch to utilize during the rain and still able to enjoy the outside. The home was situated nicely with the parking being off and away from the street. First time to Fernandina Beach, we all enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We had 6 adults and 2 small children. Infant 3 months and a child 3 years old. The weather has been dreary, but with the pool the kids had a great time. This place was just as it describes. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again

First trip to Amelia Island .

It was a perfect week at the beach. Close enough to walk to the beach. We used the pool. Washer and dryer available. We appreciate it having chairs and beach towels . Grateful to have enough parking for 3 cars . Excellent location. Thank you .

Perfect getaway

Had a 5 day get away with some friends for my 36th birthday. Was so lovely to adventure out in downtown fernandina, and relax in this homey rental. I enjoyed the pool/spa and with the beach access a short walk away I got to enjoy the sand and sun also. All the furniture was so comfortable. The stay was worth every penny!

Great location and comfy

We loved our stay and would like to go back to enjoy the pool, beach and area when not cold/raining the whole time. The pool/hot tub looked soooo inviting! This is a great location- central to everything and easy to find. LOVED the shower although bathroom tight for more than 1 person. Note the noise/traffic, since on busy street - we got used to it. Overall great stay!

Great space with pool and hot tub

This is a great house. The inside is beautifully renovated and the pool and hot tub are a great bonus. Across the street from the beach and can walk to some good beachfront restaurants. Owners are so responsive it is great. Big bonus they can get you on the Ritz golf course at very reasonable rate. I would come back again.

Great location!

We loved our time in Fernandina Beach with a great location affording us so many opportunities. Firstly, we were able to bring our beloved pup who enjoyed her romps on the beach. The beach is within easy walking distance, 2 good restaurants within walking distance, so close to ALL of the wonderful restaurants in the historic district ( loved Timoti, Cafe Karibo, T-Rays, Espana and Nana Teresaā€™s bake shop ). Rode bikes to Fort Clinch and through beautiful neighborhoods. At the end of a long fun filled day we relaxed in the wonderful hot tub. All wrapped into one lovely, comfortable home! They were very responsive to our needs. You will love it!

Beautiful time at the beach

Amazing property, kids and family loved the pool and our friends rented the house across the street and we had a little friend community in Amelia for a week. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Secondary bath in garage not well kept home

I absolutely hate to leave this review. However the property screams maintenance deferred and the owner has checked out. Pool was dirty, bugs (needs pest control). The yard and grounds have not been mowed, weeded or maintained in months. The secondary bath is not located inside the house. It is actually a concrete laundry room and bath located in a breezeway outside home near pool. This property is extremely overpriced. The furniture has seen better days both inside and pool area. I feel robbed at almost 600.00 per night for Labor Day Weekend.
