All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Please note: the driveway to get to Moody Woods is long - and a little hidden. We have placed signs up for better road visibility. But you will turn in and drive down a dirt road alongside a long fence - you will pass the garage of another home on your left - and continue through the fence area. There are motion activated lights that come on at night at the front of the house to assist with visibility. There really aren't any street lights visible back that far. **This is a 1 acre property in a very wooded area - so there will be a variety of native Floridians about - from birds, squirrels, bugs, and maybe a snake or raccoon from time to time. Please keep that in mind.



**Parties / Events / Gatherings over occupancy are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.

**Charcoal is not included. Firewood is not included.
