Fabulous beach retreat located in the heart of Sawgrass Country Club and a gated two-bedroom condo just a few minutes from the beach, but it also looks out onto a beautiful golf course. As you enjoy an alfresco meal at the patio’s dining area, you’ll have a view of the dazzling green course, as well as of lush palm trees swaying in the salt-tinged ocean breeze. Thanks to the sliding glass doors that connect the patio to the living area, you can admire the verdant vistas even when you’re inside.
Only 2 miles to the prestigious TPC Sawgrass from our Fairway Dream.
All 2 bedrooms are upstairs, with their own full bathrooms. The living room, Dining room, and Kitchen are located downstairs, with a half bathroom.

3 week stay

We stayed for 3 weeks for our son’s wedding and a little getaway. The grounds of Sawgrass Country Club were fabulously maintained and beautiful! Checkin was very easy and Karen had alerted the staff at the gate of our arrival so that went very well. The condo could use some touch ups and minor maintenance but all in all the place was clean and worth the money! Karen was quick to send her maintenance man over to change an outdoor lightbulb and he was very service oriented. The king size bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the area!

Great location

We were looking for somewhere quiet but close to the beach for the long 4th of July weekend. This property in a gated community with beach access and a pool fit the bill. Close to restaurants, shops, and a short jaunt to St Augustine via A1A made it a great spot to get away. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay in Ponte Vedra

I rented Karen’s beautiful place for family visiting from out of town. We live in Ponte Vedra and are members at the sawgrass country club so we know this area extremely well. Her place was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. Check in, permissions at the gate were all seamless. Very conveniently located. She is incredibly responsive if you have questions. We will definitely rent from her again. Our family loved staying there.

Wonderful home in a great location

This was our second time staying at this property and we always have a lovely time. It’s centrally located near the beach and very close to the community pool. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants are all very close by and accessible. Karen is a wonderful host who is always very accommodating and reachable in case of any questions. We are so grateful to Karen for sharing her lovely home and hospitality and would love to return again.

Very disappointed.

The pictures online looked very nice. Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the outdoors, because there is only one access to it and you could barely open the door because it is so old. In addition, the screen was ripped and we couldn’t enjoy fresh air because of the geckos that kept coming through the screen. The property was filthy. Food explosion in the microwave that was never cleaned, dog hair throughout the condo and also in the shower of master bedroom. Dust and filth on ceiling fans, and lamps and a used bar of soap stuck to the top of a game box in the living room! In addition, we had to replace batteries in two of the three remote controls. These should be standard procedures after each group exits the property. Obviously this property was never cleaned thoroughly although, when we first arrived, the smell of bleach was overpowering. That’s when we discovered, we couldn’t open the patio door without having an issue with the geckos. I honestly think the cleaning team sprayed bleach into the air so you would think the property was cleaned. I did contact Kim at the management office and she offered to credit us the cleaning fee. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. We also enjoyed the foosball table.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable

This is a nice two bedroom condo on the golf course. It is comfortable and perfectly quiet. It could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and some bathroom updates, but at the price point, it is a great deal. Perfect communication from the host. Everything that needed to be communicated and nothing else.

Golf- Beach! Who could ask for anything more!

This family of golfers and beach lovers had the most perfect week! Location, location, location!! The townhouse served us very well. We had everything we needed and the property manager Karen, was super responsive and a pleasure. THE BEACH !!! clean and just beautiful! TCP!! amazing !! Even if you don’t golf. Go!! Our Storyteller was delightful! My only recommendation would be to re convert the lanai back to its original intended space. Would have been a great way to enjoy the afternoon thundershowers Thank you so much Karen Laing

Just as described, great location & spacious home

The location and surroundings were ideal! Walk to the beach was easy and pleasant. Home was nicely decorated and clean ( although a fresh coat of paint in a few rooms would be helpful). Host Karen was enormously helpful, communicated well and very quickly. Would recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future:)

A Lovely Place

This property was wonderful! The owner even left me a charcuterie plate from Publix! I stayed a week and it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again when I come down to visit relatives!

Perfect for brief golf sojourn at TPC

We stayed in Karen’s cute townhouse so my husband could play TPC Sawgrass for his birthday. We were warmly welcome with a cheese platter abs bottle of wine left in the townhouse for us which was such a nice touch! The house is a bit worn and could definitely use some updating but it’s clean, comfortable and perfectly located for TPC golfers. The small community pool is literally a 1-2min walk away and great to sunbath and cool off on hot days. We brought our dog and it was great for her to have lots of grass and a safe neighbourhood for the kids to take her on walks. All in all if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient Homebase while you play golf or explore the area; this cute townhouse is a good find!

This condo is in a good location near everything, but is in need of updating. It seems like it has seen quite a bit of use and bathrooms and kitchen are tired. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The furniture is worn. The owner maintained great communication and was highly responsive. Good TV. Internet. Nice little welcome gift. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. It is just time to put some investment back in.
