The condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and peaceful golf course views. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, making it well-suited for family or additional guests. Two bathrooms and bathroom essentials add convenience to your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a full setup for preparing meals, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or gathering for dinner. A dining table offers space to enjoy meals or plan the day ahead.

This end-unit condo includes a washer and dryer, free parking on premises for two vehicles, and a private entrance. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Location
Set within the Quail Pointe II community of Sawgrass Country Club, the condo is positioned near the Beach Gate for convenient shoreline access while maintaining a sense of privacy. Please note that Sawgrass Country Club is a private members-only club, and club membership does not extend to guests. Pets are not allowed.

Other things to note
Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.
