The open layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and main living space, giving you room to relax and spend time together. Large sliding doors lead to the screened lanai overlooking the golf course, offering an inviting spot to enjoy fresh air without leaving home. Inside, you will find an HDTV, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable in any season. A private entrance and two available parking spaces add an extra sense of ease throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining
A dedicated kitchen space with full-size appliances allows you to prepare meals whenever you choose. The nearby dining table makes it simple to gather for unhurried breakfasts or relaxed dinners, whether you are cooking after a day on the coast or settling in for a longer stay. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a hot water kettle.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and views of the surrounding golf course that create a calming atmosphere at the end of the day. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, offering flexibility for families or additional guests. Both bedrooms provide bed linens, hangers, and convenient access to two full bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub.

Work and extended stays
High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or longer visits. A washer and dryer add essential convenience for extended stays, helping you maintain an easy routine throughout your time in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai extends your living space with sheltered views of the golf course, giving you a quiet place to read, enjoy a meal, or simply take in the scenery. The community pool is available within the Sawgrass Country Club setting.

Set within the Quail Pointe II community, this condo offers a peaceful residential environment close the shoreline. Its location near the Beach Gate allows for easy beach access on foot, making it simple to experience the natural beauty of Ponte Vedra Beach.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
