This listing is to rent a townhome that is part of a duplex. There is NO connection between the townhomes and no common area between the two. While there may be another guest in the other townhouse next to you, there is complete privacy.

When you walk into the home, you enter on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, as well as garage access where you will find outdoor enjoyment amenities including beach supplies and a grill. Once you climb the stairs, you will find a full kitchen, dining table with seating for 8, half bathroom, living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and large smart tv where you can stream any of your personal subscriptions. Climb another set of stairs to the third floor where you will find a queen bedroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

You will be provided a key code for the smart remote door lock.

We are a pet friendly home for up to 1 pet. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
